Why RV Travel is Better!

Why do people feel the need to travel?  Why is it a stronger pull in some more than others?  What makes traveling around, exploring the unknown, so necessary for our happiness?

If you’ve ever been afflicted by wanderlust, you’ll know exactly what we’re talking about.  That strong desire to move, to get out somewhere you’ve never been, is incredibly difficult to ignore.  But travel isn’t cheap and it’s hard for many of us to find the time or money to really experience it the way we want to.  Here’s where RVing comes to the rescue!

RVing is the perfect way to travel.  When compared to flights, hotels, food costs, etc., it can be a great money saving alternative to traditional vacation travel.  With an RV, you can bring the comforts of home with you on your adventures.  You’re able to have your own space to cook, to sleep, to shower, all within your RV!  The savings on food alone can be mind blowing!

Another great benefit to RVing is the planning.  You have no deadlines, no reservations to keep, and can make your own schedule.  Maybe at your first stop, you’ve fallen in love with the park, or town you’re visiting and want to spend more time there.  With an RV, you can!  You can spend an indefinite amount of time, really immerse yourself in the local culture, and experience the area in a way you never could with flight schedules and hotel reservations to keep.

If you’ve really got the wanderlust bug, why not take the drive to travel to the extreme?  If your career or situation allows it, you could sell your home and take to RVing full time.  Work from the road and see the country in a way you never thought possible!  One successful RV family, The Hannans, have had the chance to live in 43 states in the past three years.  Not visit, but actually put down some roots and live!  Can you imagine the experiences you and your family would have doing something similar?

Whether you’re looking to enjoy your weekends more than sitting around the house, or plan on taking longer vacations to explore the country, consider doing so from an RV.  The benefits of an RV are endless and once your try it, you’ll be hooked!  We can’t wait to see you on the road.
